We offer a comprehensive support system beginning with an extensive research and development team. We maintain fully equipped laboratories as well as a full analytical department. Our Technical Services Department has a staff of 20+ professionals from the following disciplines on site: Chemistry, Biology, Nutrition, Microbiology and Food Science. 

Position Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced salesperson for the Nutritional Supplements/Personal care Industries. Responsibilities:

  • Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company.
  • Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
  • Develops, or participates with the Senior Staff, in the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan for the Company.
  • Develops and/or maintains and improves business relations with all customers of the Company.
  • Answers all client questions, inquiries, disputes, or general issues are addressed and resolved in the most professional and effective manner.
  • Document customer new product development requests and follow - up with the customer through the sample, price quotation, and order processes.
  • Work directly with customer service and product development to coordinate and communicate order fulfillment for assigned customers.

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum three years of experience in direct account management with business level decision makers.
  • 4-year degree preferably in Food Science, Private Label products or related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good analytical thinking and ability to solve problems.
  • Proven ability to effectively resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Strong capacity to analyze and prioritize while being outgoing, aggressive, and highly responsive.
  • Working knowledge of product development and project management desired.
