Customer Support Partner

Hello, I am writing as the Founder and CEO of OrganicMechanic.com, a Green Technology that company I have been building for 8 years. The company started as a small manufacturing company, where I designed and assembling biofuel equipment and shipped it around the world. Since then we have shifted to offering a wider range of green technologies from other providers.

Currently we are receiving a great deal of traffic for some of our products, due to search engine optimization being a cornerstone of our strategy. Because of this, and the number of years we have been refining and marketing this, many Organic Mechanic product pages show up in the top results on Google and other search engines.

Position Overview: 

Therefore we are and have been receiving lots of interest from qualified leads who are providing their name, contact information, and the size or type of product they are interested in buying. This is where your position comes in, to handle the leads coming in from email and phone, which you will be given remote access to.

The leads currently coming in each month consist of around 60 diesel conversion kits, over 20 vegetable oil generators, and at least 12 filtration products. There is also interest in a few biodiesel processors, oil presses, and other equipment such as small wind turbines and backup solar power systems.

You receive a commission on each sale you process, for example:

• $500-$3,000 per Veg Oil Powered Generator
• $100 per Diesel Conversion Kit
• $20-175 per Veg Oil Filtration Equipment
• $100 per Biodiesel Processor

If you help just 5 out of the more than 60 people to buy diesel conversion kits ($500), plus 2 people to purchase veg oil powered generators ($500-$3,000 each), plus a handful of oil filtration and other products ($20-175 each), you can make over $3,000-$6,000 every month, and more. This is a considerable income for part time involvement, from your home office, on your own schedule!

In addition to this monthly flow of people interested to place an order, we have a backlog of interest that has to be tended to. This consists of hundreds of leads that you could start into and convert into sales. There is probably $10-20,000 in commissions sitting there awaiting someone who is willing to put in the time to learn the products and to email or call back interested customers, then to send them invoices online. You will receive a payment for each item sold in the form of a check in the mail every month.

Although there is no specific time that you have to be available, I want you to be back in touch with every customer within 24 hours whenever possible, or 48-72 hours maximum.

You will work as an independent contractor, so must file your own taxes. You must also agree to confidentiality of information and to not compete in a green technology business.

Qualifications:

Some of your skills, interests, and experience:

• Customer satisfaction, service roles, or sales experience
• Passion, enthusiasm, and knowledge about green technology
• Certification or experience in diesel vehicles, generators, diesel conversion kits, biofuels
• People oriented - history of serving people, high social intelligence
• Comfort and aptitude with gmail, google docs, google voice 
• Entrepreneurial, Management, and/or Academic experience in business a plus
• Experience with social media and blogging a plus
