Customer Service Specialist

ecobeco is a "green" company that advises consumers on a whole home approach to being more energy efficient. ecobeco provides Home Energy Audits and Quick Home Energy Check-ups to home owners in Montgomery and Prince George's Counties.

ecobeco has won the Maryland Energy Administration Contractor of the Year Award, the Pepco Home Energy Savings Award, and the Angie's List Super Service Award twice.

We focus on: 1) ways to save money on utility bills by reducing energy and water use; 2) ways to improve the comfort of the interior environment by focusing on temperature, humidity, and the quality of air and water inside the home; and 3) ways to reduce the customer's environmental impact. ecobeco turns this advice into action by providing the products and services customers need to change their homes and their habits. ecobeco helps our customers save energy, money, and the environment.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an entry level Customer Service Specialist to start immediately. You will work out of our office in Rockville, MD. Your areas of responsibilities will include inbound phone sales, inbound phone customer support, appointment scheduling, solving customer issues, marketing communication, and generally working with our team to help our customers save energy, money and the environment.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel (your interview will include exercises in Excel and our proprietary database application)
