W.W. Webber is seeking an Environmental Compliance Manager for the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.
Responsibilities:
The Environmental Compliance Manager is responsible for managing the compliance with the Project Governmental Approvals throughout the Term. The ECM shall also be responsible for ensuring that specific environmental submittal meets the client requirements and that the requirements set forth in the Governmental Approvals are incorporated into the Design and Build of the Project. This shall also include the coordination of inter-disciplinary requirements within the various Sub-consultants or member of the Environmental Team (i.e., Environmental Compliance Inspectors, Hazardous Materials personnel).
The ECM shall review environmental submittals from Sub-consultants prior to issue for construction, including their distribution for TxDOT. Governmental Approval shall also be the responsibility of the ECM. The ECM will check and oversee the environmental submittals prepared by the Sub-consultants for incorporating into the Works, to be delivered within the defined schedule and specified requirements. The ECM will provide reports as specified in the D&B Contract, Comprehensive Development Agreement, Technical Provisions, and other relevant contract documents.
Qualifications:
Candidates should have 10+ years of Environmental Compliance experience on heavy civil/structural Department of Transportation projects.
