Job Captain /Senior Technical Architect

AHT Architects has immediate openings for multi-talented, motivated Architects at the senior and intermediate levels to join our team for hotel, office building, retail and high-line automotive dealership projects.

We are a Santa Monica-based firm with a collaborative studio environment offering excellent opportunity for career growth. The firm desires to move our design philosophy further into advanced technologies, and sustainability on projects of various scale and building types.

Qualifications:

• 3-8 years of professional experience
• BArch or MArch Degree
• Experienced in the process of organizing/assembling construction documents
• Experienced coordinating work of consulting engineers
• Proven technical skills in developing details
• Expertise with AutoCAD 2006 or higher, MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience using 3-D modeling software is a plus
• Excellent graphic, verbal and written communication skills
