LivingHomes, LLC is a premier developer of modern, prefabricated homes that combine world-class architecture with an unparalleled commitment to health and sustainable construction. 

We work with leading architects to create lines of homes that integrated a comprehensive LEED certified environmental program and we use factory production to make our homes faster, and with less cost and construction waste than comparable stick-built homes.

Our first homes were designed by Ray Kappe, FAIA, the founder of the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-ARC). The first LivingHome, installed in eight hours in Santa Monica in April 2006, received the first LEED-H Platinum rating in the country and was called "The Greenest House on the Planet" by Business Week Magazine. We sell our homes to individuals with land and in communities we're developing. Position Overview: 

We're looking for an experienced, extremely motivated individual who is capable of marketing and selling our LivingHomes. This is a very hands-on position and you will be responsible for qualifying incoming leads and securing contracts for new LivingHomes. This is a full-time position, but we would consider someone starting in a part-time role. LivingHomes is a high-growth, startup environment so the successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced work atmosphere. It's also critical that you're creative, flexible and knowledgeable about design. 

Responsibilities: 

Qualifying all incoming leads through phone and email. Conducting weekly tours/presentation on the first LivingHome (Santa Monica). Tracking and reporting all sales lead via lead management software. Moving prospects through a long sales cycle and closing contracts. Working with marketing to develop necessary marketing materials. Periodic trade show support. Insuring that customers receive superior service and support.

Qualifications: 

Must have at least five years of sales and/or marketing related experience. Interest in sustainable design, architecture and/or design is essential. Bachelor's degree or more with a design or Liberal Arts major is required. Real estate license is not required. 

Requirements: 

Superior verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to create and provide great customer service and cooperative working relationships. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work autonomously or with a team. Strong attention to detail, follow-through, diligence. Comfortable with computers. Must be available to work on some weekend days and to travel (with advance notice) to other regions on West Coast.
