The Coordinator is responsible for several key acquisition efforts for Working Assets' products. These include online and e-mail marketing, customer marketing, and general ongoing customer communications. The Coordinator will manage all aspects of program implementation, including: marketing collateral and web pages, choosing targeting audiences, customer service coordination, fulfillment, and results analysis.
Successful candidates will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent time and project management skills, the ability to prioritize, and superior communication skills.
Responsibilities
*Support implementation of online and e-mail marketing campaigns.
* Coordinate credit card marketing campaigns with partner.
* Manage printing of various customer marketing pieces.
* Manage new customer experience, including: welcome materials, product marketing collateral, and online communication.
* Coordinate creative development, copy editing, back-end fulfillment processes, and results reporting.
* Assist in various loyalty and retention projects as needed.
Requirements
* 1-2 years experience in direct marketing.
* Experience in online marketing preferred.
* Independent, organized worker with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Sharp eye for detail.
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to perform and understand marketing response analysis.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid work environment.
Salary based on experience and includes profit sharing and complete benefits package.
