Youth Business International (YBI) is an established resource centre and hub for a growing international network of youth business initiatives in Asia, Americas, Africa, Europe and Middle East that mobilises business leaders to provide enterprise opportunities, management skills, mentoring and access to finance.
The Role:
? Reporting to the IBLF CEO and Advisory Board, lead and manage YBI and its executive team.
? Market YBI effectively and increase engagement of external partners and stakeholders.
? Strengthen the programme offering, instilling a rigorous business approach in its next phase.The Candidate:
? A dynamic, entrepreneurial and innovative senior executive with international business development experience.
? Superior communication and marketing skills; a credible champion for the programme.
? Passionate about developing employment solutions for disadvantaged youth and sensitive to cultural issues and diverse stakeholders.
