Duties:
PHE is currently seeking career minded and self-motivated professionals with 4 to 10 years of environmental consulting experience in the areas of: wetland delineation, permitting, and natural resource management; air quality analysis, permitting, and modeling; hydrology analysis and modeling; noise monitoring, modeling and mitigation design; an environmental compliance and regulatory support.

Qualifications:

• BS degree in engineering or an environmental related discipline is required (MS preferred).
• A firm understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to quickly learn new requirements is a must.
• In addition, DOD experience and experience with preparing and managing NEPA documentation are a plus.
• Candidates must have exceptional writing and communication skills and be willing to travel.
