Inventory Manager network and central office equipment migration, physical/virtual transport, switching and router inventory in Verizon's diversely integrated Transport, Ethernet and FiOS networks.

Championed IT change management, interpreting supplier, vendor, customer, employee, system and peer feedback to determine highest quality, best cost, greatest efficiency, least­ impacting change management processes.

  • Directed $4M software build with a 20% ROI that identified infrastructure topology records of highest fault/risk for failure allowing proactive network equipment and facility migrations, saving costly repair, service interruption and embarrassment to Verizon.
  • Implemented Ethernet Service Provisioning infrastructure and service automation, and eliminate $8M in operational costs.
  • Collaborative Network Interface Device (NID) vendor & supply chain management and relationship building, ensuring Verizon's equipment strategy and interests.
  • Championed $30M handheld scanner program deployment, to replace manufacturer­ discontinued scanner equipment across Verizon's entire footprint.
