This company prides itself on providing excellent customer service that goes way above on beyond all expectations. My job was to motivate sales associates to maintain our high level of service while increasing sales overtime. Additionally, support our store manager through sales plans, coaching/training, managing visual representation of the store and speedy problem solving.
Most importantly my job was to keep effective communication between all team members in order to maintain a energetic and enjoyable work environment for everyone which in return created a positive shopping experience for customers.
