I spent 9 years working as an independent landman in natural gas production. I've worked on title research projects, title curative, lease acquisition, Right of Way acquisition as well as managed  Right of Way  projects in North Louisiana. Including working with landowners, survey and construction crews. In 2014 I went to work for CenturyLink Communications HQ here in Monroe, LA. I was one of 4 Right of Way agents that handled all of North America, duties included working with Municipalities, securing franchise agreements a city Right of Ways as well as working with construction project managers, field operatives and attorneys. I also helped manage the 18 million dollar Right of Way Budget.  In October of last year I went back into  landman work help with Right of Way acquisition for natural gas pipelines. 

I would love to get into renewable energy career, as I know that is the future and it is more in line with my environmental consciousness.
