Experience
Build the business from the ground-up by establishing talented teams, forging strong relationships with clients, and clearly defining strategy and roadmaps for project teams within the organization.
• Designed 15MW solar-photovoltaic (PV) project Puerto Rico, including workforce development.
• Analyzed 21 million square feet of real estate worth $5.7 billion in Denver’s CBD for green-building statistical significance.
• Completed municipality-level greenhouse gas reporting and recommendations for 50 percent emissions reductions to meet Paris Agreement requirements (2030).
• Championed land acquisition, financial/sustainability analysis, and the development of finished high-performance building sales worth $340MM.
• Deployed subject matter expertise in energy management, green-building, and sustainability by spearheading energy, carbon, and waste modeling for 1.2MM square feet of building space.
• Encouraged clients to utilize renewable and alternative energy sources. Slashed electrical usage by 203 MWhs and eliminated 514 metric tonnes of carbon dioxide annually.
• Authored the “Four Steps to Higher Value” that identifies sustainability benefit, quantifies and markets the benefit, and assists in proper valuation of the benefit.
