Apply knowledge of green building design best practices, sustainable building technologies, and development processes to lead DCRA Net-Zero Energy Program. Assess project viability for Program acceptance and recommending them for incentive grants in cooperation with DC Sustainable Energy Utility (DCSEU). Track project development stage from cursory review of building plans to final commissioning. Comply agency policies and procedures, green building program guidelines, District government’s regulations and objectives. Monitor and coordinate the execution of client contracted agreements, providing due diligence and technical review of contracts for projects using green building standards (such as LEED or Enterprise Green Communities). Support compliance for projects attempting LEED certification. Improving presentation of green building concepts, processes, and programs to the public on the DCRA website. Perform outreach activities engaging with other industry groups and organizations and participating in interagency meetings and working groups focusing on green building practices and sustainable development.
• Organizing and formalizing Net-Zero Energy Program review process, identifying business improvements and opportunities

Created and maintained proprietary locational and legal data for all company assets of 5K+ properties and 1K+ in the pipeline for global geographic content. Developed, tested, and supported spatial web applications. Performed ad hoc requests for site location analysis. Liaised between the Legal and hotel Development departments worldwide. Conducted data mining to discover new hotel site opportunities. Prepared statistics and maintained company website for corporate marketing material.
