Managed territory assignment of (5) Giant Grocery Store customer locations throughout Central-PA with annual product line sales in excess of $1.9M. Solely responsible for maintaining store inventory and order replenishment of over 2,000 in-store products within Imported, Specialty and Organic food lines. Built a powerful alliance with store management teams and Giant Regional Manager to successfully promote clear communications and a strong in-store team dynamic. Engaged in product sales analytics with store management, promotional display opportunities for market growth and adequate shelf replenishment expectations.
Provided vacation coverage, open route coverage and high-volume support within local market of Central-PA, running sales routes that incorporated 10+ daily deliveries to multiple chain and grocery customer accounts. Maintained all assigned customer accounts relative to sales, volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation and customer service. Ensured effective communications to maintain customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Created and implemented product displays promoting sales and market growth within the most competitive geographic snack food region in the United States.
Managed company operations across seven (7) Lowe’s Home Improvement Centers throughout Central Pennsylvania, which included monitoring, tracking, and assessment of sales and marketing trend data. Boosted the company’s paint and coating sales through dedicated analysis into merchandising, marketing, technical issue resolutions, and by implementing strategic marketing plans (SMPs) to improve under-performing product lines. Coordinated the distribution, inventory and in-store ordering across 11 Wal-Mart Super Centers and two (2) Sam’s Clubs, representing over 50 corporate clients with over 3,000 products.
