• Analyzed daily sales reports to be updated in both Excel and Quickbooks formats
• Performed managerial financial analyses on sales data (YTD sales goals and comparisons, over/short tracking and
balancing) to influence business decision making and marketing strategies
• Organized vendor invoices and prepared pay-outs in a timely and efficient manner
• Performed miscellaneous administrative and human resources tasks
• Created project scope, budgets (ranging from < $15k to $100k, and implementation strategies for the approval of client project managers
• Corresponded with local regulatory agencies to obtain permits and ensure projects were executed within regulatory guidelines, by adhering to strict permit contingencies
• Performed various methods of groundwater, soil, soil vapor, and ambient air sampling
• Managed subcontractor performance and provided health and safety oversight, maintaining a zero incident track record
• Prepared technical reports, which included data analysis and interpretation, for site assessments (groundwater, soil, and
soil vapor monitoring, well installation/destruction, site closure requests, and site conceptual models)
• Educated and engaged community members on the benefits of going solar through face-to-face communication, speaking with at least 50 potential customers per day, converting 3-5 households per week
• Promoted a unique business model in a highly competitive market while ameliorating customers concerns and uncertainties regarding the transition to solar energy
• Successfully acquired the most leads out of the Outreach Specialist team from October to November, promoting me to Team Lead within first three weeks of employment
