Position Overview:
GBS is seeking a strategically minded; delivery focused Training Coordinator for a 3-6 month (minimum) contract position. This position is the primary resource for coordinating the needs of training projects including researching green building and sustainability topics, interviewing content experts, developing trainings, producing powerpoint presentations, coordinating webinars, and organizing all logistics. Key to this position are superior interpersonal and communication skills, as well as both a strong work ethic and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must be comfortable with high-volume, quick-turnaround deadlines and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, be able to interface with senior managers as well as technical staff, and have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience with graphics and training and education with a design, construction or engineering firm is required. LEED knowledge is strongly preferred. Expertise with Microsoft Office, Power Point, and design and/or web development software is also required.
