POSITION SUMMARY:
PennEngineering is seeking a motivated, excited, individual to be a part of our Sustainability and Quality team. As the Sustainability and Quality Coordinator at PennEngineering, you’ll collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things.

Note: This role is Part Time, approximately 20 hours a week.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Product Compliance Management:
- Prepare and maintain product compliance forms to ensure adherence to environmental regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary documentation and data for compliance reporting.
Customer Inquiries:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries related to sustainability practices and product compliance.
- Provide clear and accurate information to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
Sustainability Communication:
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect periodic articles and updates on sustainability initiatives, achievements, and best practices for internal and external communication.
- Work with Marketing and Communications to release through various channels.
- Assist in the development of educational materials to promote sustainability awareness within the organization.
- Data Tracking and Reporting:
- Maintain records of sustainability metrics and compliance documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports for management on sustainability performance and compliance status.
- Support Sustainability Initiatives:
- Participate in sustainability projects and initiatives aimed at reducing the organization’s environmental impact.
Quality Department Support:
- Creation of presentations for monthly and quarterly reporting
- Assist in the build-out of manufacturing control documents in the QMS
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience in administrative/office work
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
