Some of our most high-volume work includes: connector and module replacements, wire management remediations, storm/hail damage repairs, workmanship mitigations, removal & reinstalls, decommissioning, module testing/imaging, and other non-routine O&M work. We Are Urgently hiring for Traveling Solar Service Technicians
What we are looking for:
- We are looking for electrically focused Service technicians (NOT installation technicians.)
- Top caliber would be an experienced electrically biased Solar technicians with troubleshooting experience. The projects will be varied; between 3MW and 100MW.
- This is by no means essential; we will consider a very experienced electrician with no solar experience. In any non-industry candidate they should have high degree of troubleshooting experience (not installation).
- Requirements also include being able to read a single-line diagram.
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
Travel:
- This is a full time traveling position!!! You must be willing to travel for 6 weeks at a time. You become eligible for 1 week of R&R after your 6 weeks on. Titan pays for your flights unless you quit or get fired for violating a major policy.
Specific advantageous are:
- Ex-Electrical Wind technicians who no longer want to climb to do their work.
- We are NOT looking for installation techs from Solar or Wind, however electrical technicians with experience of the commissioning phase would be interesting.
- Ex-Military electricians are looked on very favorably; again, you should have troubleshooting experience.
Compensation
- Pay: $28.00 - $45.00 per hour

Experience:
- Solar electrical: 4 years (Required)
- Solar: 4 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Electrical License (Preferred)
