Solar Sales Representative

Clear Skies Solar is a publicly traded international solar energy company.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional with experience selling solar energy systems. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of selling solar systems to commercial customers.

Responsibilities:

• Sales of turnkey commercial solar electric systems primarily in NJ.
• Prospecting for and qualifying self-generated leads
• Pursue company-provided leads generated from multiple sources
• Conduct site evaluations
• Conduct all communications w/ the customer until assignment of project manager

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in sale of PV solar systems.
• Verifiable sales track record and references
• Aptitude for technical sales
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic

Desired additional requirements (Preferred but not necessary):

Educational background in engineering and or construction

Compensation: Base plus Commission
