Position Overview  

We're hiring and training Solar Installers! As a premier solar company, we're looking for quality individuals to join our rapidly growing team.

While no previous solar experience is required; roofing, framing, and electrical backgrounds are a big plus! We provide tools & transportation. The right candidates will be fast learners, able to follow directions to the letter, care about quality craftsmanship and have the desire to advance in this rapidly growing industry.

These positions are full-time and candidates are paid while training. Typical training period is 4 - 6 weeks. We want our people to make as much $$$ as possible while installing the best solar systems in the southwest. Quality training and pride in our work set us apart from others in the industry. This is a full time position M-F, immediate hire. 

Qualfications 

We are looking for motivated, hard-working individuals but there are a few things we must have: 

• Must have a clean and valid AZ Driver's license
• Must have their own vehicle (not shared) that runs well
• Must have their own cell phone with texting capability
• Must have access to the internet at home to review projects via cloud
• Will be required to take a drug screen prior to hire (paid for by Company) 

Compensation: Once trained, our installers earn $700 - $900 per week based on systems installed.
