This is an independent position of 1099 in all our 22 states we service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install racking and solar panels on residential roof tops
- Assemble solar panels, arrays, and supporting structures
- Properly repair and seal roof penetration
- Support Crew Lead and Electrician to successfully install
- Prepare inventory for installs
- Project clean up
- Perform maintenance and system checks
- Ensure safety standards and codes are met
- Additional duties required as needed
TRAVEL
- 50% of the role is visiting other states (Traveling Expenses Paid For)
- 50% of the role may be visiting local areas
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of Solar/Roofing/Construction experience is required
- Residential Solar Experience required
- HIC or Electricians license is preffered
- Ability to work in heights and on roofs/ladders
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to work in various weather conditions/extreme environments (hot attics, heat, wind, cold/icy weather, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50+lbs
- Ability to follow safety/OSHA guidelines
- Ability to work safely with power tools
PLUSSES
- OSHA 10 Certified or OSHA 30 Certified
- Experience working with SolarEdge or Enphase software
COMPENSATION
- Pay is $5,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
