This is an independent position of 1099 in all our 22 states we service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install racking and solar panels on residential roof tops
• Assemble solar panels, arrays, and supporting structures
• Properly repair and seal roof penetration
• Support Crew Lead and Electrician to successfully install
• Prepare inventory for installs
• Project clean up
• Perform maintenance and system checks
• Ensure safety standards and codes are met
• Additional duties required as needed

TRAVEL

• 50% of the role is visiting other states (Traveling Expenses Paid For)
• 50% of the role may be visiting local areas

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years of Solar/Roofing/Construction experience is required
• Residential Solar Experience required
• HIC or Electricians license is preffered
• Ability to work in heights and on roofs/ladders
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work in various weather conditions/extreme environments (hot attics, heat, wind, cold/icy weather, etc.)
• Ability to lift 50+lbs
• Ability to follow safety/OSHA guidelines
• Ability to work safely with power tools

PLUSSES

• OSHA 10 Certified or OSHA 30 Certified
• Experience working with SolarEdge or Enphase software

COMPENSATION

• Pay is $5,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
