Position Overview

Intermountain Wind and Solar has full-time positions available for Solar Installers. We are looking for dependable, hard working individuals that are excited about renewable energy and want to be a part of this growing industry.

Responsibilities

• Solar Installers will work on residential and commercial roofs to install solar panels using various mounting systems.
• Installers are expected to follow crew leaders instructions to correctly install solar equipment.

Qualifications

• All candidates are required to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Candidates must be able to lift over 50 pounds, climb ladders, work on flat and sloped roofs.
• Must be able to learn and effectively use fall protection devices.
• Must be able to use hand and power tools.
• Work well with others in a team atmosphere, have a strong work ethic and have pride in workmanship.

Compensation

• You won't want to pass up our quarterly incentive bonuses in addition to competitive compensation.
• Installer starting range is $13.00- $15.00 per hour based on experience.
