Position Overview

Sigora Solar is an extremely fast paced company in which hard work and innovation are welcome and rewarded. Hands down, we are the best and we're looking for the best, no nonsense. We are looking for senior Solar Installers and Team Leaders who have at least three years of experience to join our ranks.

Responsibilities

• Your primary role will be to lead teams installing PV and thermal systems on residential and commercial buildings, including both roof and ground mounts
• Additionally, we will expect senior installers to lead in team logistical planning, scheduling, and related demands

• Comfortable with heights and in attics
• Passionate about solar energy and the environment

Compensation:

• We offer a career with actual growth opportunities.
• We'll pay you properly, depending on experience and performance, with minimum 2 weeks paid time off, paid trainings, plus benefit package.
• We'll always pay people based on the value they bring to the organization and not some voodoo sexist magic math. 
• Senior Installers earn an average of $60,000 annually, plus benefits - and we will pay for relocation costs.
