Senior Program Manager

With Corporate Headquarters located in Englewood, Colorado, engineering-environmental Management, Inc. (e2M) has over 12 satellite offices located throughout the United States and Guam. The location of our satellite offices provides the company with greater exposure to provide services to our existing clients, and provides greater exposure for new contract opportunities.

Position Overview:

This leadership position provides an exciting opportunity for growth and business development in our Hawaii, Guam, and Pacific office locations.

The ideal candidate will have environmental consulting expertise; business development experience; excellent verbal, oral and written communication skills, demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, time management skills, and demonstrated team-oriented performance. Proven experience in staff management, business development/marketing, and client relations working with the Department of Defense (DoD), other governmental agencies, and commercial clients are a plus.

As a Senior Program Manager - must have experience in environmental project management, creating and managing budgets, client interaction, ability to provide positive direction, guidance, and oversee the growth & performance of professional employees. Must be a proven leader, self-motivated, driven, and have a positive attitude, and possess the ability to successfully manage a variety of environmental compliance or engineering projects and professional employees.

Travel throughout the U.S. and territories required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in engineering, environmental science, or similar discipline is required. Minimum of 10 years experience in consulting, management, staff supervision, business development, and working with DoD or commercial clients.
