Are you ready to power positive change?  

Your Mission: As our Global Project Manager, based in Albuquerque, New Mexico and reporting to the Director of HR Operations/HRIT your role will be pivotal in helping is ensuring the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding is built on a foundation of simplified, globalized, and automated processes.  Help us drive efficiency across the organization with a focus on the experience of our customers (Maxeon potential candidates, team members, and leaders.) You will partner with the HR Operations team and critical stakeholders in all functions of the business ensuring any short-term decisions support long term growth and goals. 

Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change:

• Lead and manage large-scale, complex projects with significant global impact.
• Develop and execute project plans, including scope, budget, schedule and resource requirements playing both a strategic and tactile role within each project.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple geographies ensuring clear communication and alignment on plan and key results
• Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure we meet objectives and timelines. 
• Provide regular updates in partnership with leader to HR Leadership Team and critical executive leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement focused on globalized, simplified, and automated solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, Project Management, Human Resources or relevant field.
• Proven experience in cross collaboration project management roles preferably partnering with multiple regions and countries.
• Strong leadership skills with track record of successfully managing teams with competing priorities and driving results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. 
• Strategic thinker with problem solving mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Compensation

• The US base salary range for this position is $135,000-$185,000 + benefits. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
