Position Overview:
Sky's the limit for organized, diligent self-starter to expand our network of independent pharmacies and natural health food stores and sign up brokers to build retail channel for this dynamic dietary supplement startup. First product, scientifically proven supplement that improves brain health and delays effects of normal aging, is shipping now. This is once in lifetime ground floor opportunity to be a single digit employee (No. 5 if you act now). New England candidates only, please.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to Chief Marketing/Operations Officer, successful candidate will be expected to:
- Manage and motivate existing accounts
- Expand independent pharmacy channel and natural health food stores
- Build broker network
- Train and educate account sales teams
- Audit sales to ensure products move
- Support sales events and trade shows
- Develop select physician and allied healthcare professionals market
Qualifications:
- Seasoned health/wellness sales professional (dietary supplement sales ideal)
- Experience establishing retail channels big plus
- Thrives in dynamic, small company, entrepreneurial environment
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attuned to hard work to garner rewards of achievement
- High energy with excellent customer follow-up
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Results driven, strong team playerEducation/Experience
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (business, marketing, related field a plus)
- 5 to 10 years industry sales and territory development experience
