EcoLogical Energy Systems is the Tri-Cities area's premiere renewable energy contracting company. We design and install turnkey solutions for residential, commercial and municipal applications, meeting the needs and desires of our clients with the highest quality products and installation services.  

Position Overview 

We are seeking an entry level energetic sales consultant to join our team to be point person for residential and commercial sales leads. This is an entry level position in a small business with a fast-paced environment in one of the country's fastest growing industries.   

Responsibilities 

Primary functions include: 

  • Taking
    sales calls, walk-ins, emails and all other inquiries to assess potential
    client needs.

  • Conducting
    site visits to assess property energy usage, roof structure and dimensions and
    other necessary information needed.

  • Work
    with installation teams to determine project scopes and equipment procurement.

  • Work
    with network of vendors and other partners to price projects and produce sales
    proposals.

  • Effectively
    communicate with clients to meet their needs while ensuring safe and quality
    project deals are closed.

  • Work
    marketing events with other staff such as home shows, environmental expos and
    other community events – this requires some weekends and evenings and some
    travel.

  • Work
    well with team during project and other meetings to ensure all details are
    effectively communicated.

  • Follow-up
    with customers and collect payments. 

Qualifications 

  • 1-3
    years in renewable energy or energy related field.

  • Proven
    track record closing deals.

  • Ability
    to work well with others as a team and independently.

  • Strong
    communication skills.

  • Detail
    oriented, must be capable of managing multiple tasks at once.

  • Excellent
    computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and CRM
    software.

  • Must
    be willing to work on roofs and in attics to get measurements.

  • Must
    be capable of lifting at least 50lbs. numerous times on occasion.

  • Valid
    driver’s license and good driving record.

  • NABCEP
    Entry Level Achievement or certification preferred. 

Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.  No insurance benefits are provided at this
time.
