Position Overview
Mission for LED Consultant:
To generate $1.2M+ in LED retrofit contracts in 2015, and to act as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Joule at public events and in one-on-one customer interactions.
At the end of the day, I'm looking for someone who is talented in sales and has ambition. If you are a proven closer I'll make sure you are compensated extremely well and wiill make more than what you are doing currently.
Responsibilities / Outcomes
Sell 60 LED Systems by the end of 2015:
- Sell solely to commercial customers
- Focus on greater Baton Rouge market
Learn and apply new sales theory/system by end of Q1 2015:
- Attend weekly sales training classes
- Complete weekly readings and audio tapes
Increase the size and quality of sales team:
- Recruit 3 talented individuals to interview for sales positions at Joule by end of Q1 2015

Desired Skills and Experience:
- College Degree; familiarity with iWork and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- 1 -5 years experience in prior sales role preferred
- Experience in renewable energy/energy efficiency field preferred
Compensation: Commission-based pay, annual range of $72K-$144K. Cell phone and fuel costs covered; company laptop; health insurance; fitness stipend; flexible schedule.
