Description

HowGood is a mission-driven, product-led organization scaling our B2B SaaS platform Latis for the broader Sustainability/Impact Reporting market. We aim to transform the food system by enabling Brands, Suppliers & Retailers to see the impact of their products with radical transparency, then illuminate actionable paths towards a more regenerative food system.

Our ethos is in turning insights into actions through simple, elegant design. We aim to enact real change in the world by removing long-standing barriers for companies to understand, track and report on their impact in real time - key elements needed to ensure the largest drivers of Climate Change are held accountable while making small and incremental improvements - one product at a time.

POSITION OVERVIEW

HowGood is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own the management & timely delivery of outputs produced in support of our SaaS offering. An ideal fit for this role is someone who is laser focused, impeccably organized, and can move with confidence to build out the Project Management function at HowGood from the ground up.

This role will report to the Head of Product, while servicing other teams within the larger organization. You will guide the Research Team’s Data Delivery department as it executes against specific customer needs, streamlining their outputs to ensure they have time to continue to scale processes to meet our growing customer base. Working hand-in-glove with our commercial teams, your drive to understand the needs of our customers and their evolving business landscape will ensure our deliverables continue to solve the toughest problems our customers face when it comes to carbon accounting and sustainability impact tracking. You will share your insights, pain points and victories with the Product Management team so that learnings gathered in ongoing execution get turned into high value features baked into our platform.

    • Support CS in customer-facing engagements as needed to service research-related technical needs
    • Participate in QA/QC, both on custom deliverables and standard environments to help identify and implement QA/QC process improvements
