Post Sales Representative/ Customer Service

The Alternative Energy Store, an online renewable energy company, has a position open for a full time Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate should be friendly, patient, self -motivated, and capable of multi- tasking, as well as possess the ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere.
This person should be comfortable with use of web browsers, email, and MS Office. Learning new computer programs will be crucial, since much of the position is spent working with our complex computer system. The position requires excellent phone manners and good typing skills. Purchasing experience is a plus. Daily routine includes taking phone calls related to post sales customer issues, following up on outstanding orders, contacting vendors with order related issues, answering questions to potential customers, and many other related responsibilities. Fluent in Spanish preferred.
Required: Computer aptitude; Super friendly & excellent phone skills; Willing to learn new computer programs; Desire to be in the Renewable Energy Industry
Desired: Spanish fluency; Exposure to RE technologies; Purchasing experience
Compensation: Salary dependent upon experience + profit sharing
Other Benefits: Health and dental insurance; SEP IRA/profit sharing plan after 3 year anniversary; Potentially work in Latin American office for up to 2 months of the year (located in Costa Rica)
