Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Division Manager to join our Portland, OR office and successfully lead a diverse, talented staff of 9 Natural Resources professionals specializing in ESA compliance, wetlands, wildlife, biology, fisheries, and/or botany related multi-disciplinary environmental project work.

The position is highly entrepreneurial allowing the qualified candidate the opportunity to create a division with a unique vision for the future.  Our intent is to provide an opportunity to create a successful division in a market that they are passionate about. We do not have a preconceived idea of that vision and want to hear your ideas!

Responsibilities: 

This role is a key leadership position within the Portland Leadership Team and company-wide Natural Resources & Planning Program.  Primary responsibilities include leading business development efforts to meet defined sales goals, division business management, staff management and mentoring, project management oversight, and leadership as part of the Portland Office Leadership Team. 

Qualifications: 

Qualified candidates will have demonstrated experience in the management, execution and delivery of complex projects; BS degree (MS preferred) and 10+ year's related, progressive experience (5+ years in a consulting/leadership role).  Proven history of strong client relationships in Oregon/SW Washington, business development, staff management and development, project management, and team-building skills are required.  Candidates with experience marketing, managing and/or supporting project work for energy sector clients strongly desired.
