Location: TX - National Office, Austin (CEN)

Will Do:
Provide executive level leadership on a national level for company's branding, sales promotion, and retail marketing strategies. Develop and execute overall marketing platform for the company brand in positioning, strategy, messaging and style guides. Provide support, guidance and management of all marketing staff and budgets, Regional Marketing Directors, national public relations agency, consumer marketing research firm and advertising agency. Implement new strategic market planning process. Train regional and national marketing staff. Oversee tactical marketing plans, including public relations, advertising, sponsorships, cause marketing, events, affiliate partnerships and retail specific traffic and product driving programs. Responsible for developing co-op advertising programs to partner with manufacturers.
Must Have/Be:
Requires BS/BA in Business Administration or Marketing plus 7 years experience in retail food and/or beverage consumer marketing.
