Job Overview: 

The Trust for Public Land (TPL) seeks an experienced Massachusetts State Development Director to help lead and shape the state's development program, while taking fundraising to the next level and building an effective major gifts program.

Located in the Boston office, the MA State Development Director will provide overall leadership in securing major gifts and work closely with a state Advisory Council and the MA project team.

Qualifications: 

• demonstrated major gifts experience;
• high degree of initiative and organization;
• a focus on the bottom line;
• and a commitment to the organization's land-for-people mission.
