Position on board the 65 passenger m/v SEA LION and m/v SEA BIRD -- cruising Baja California Sur, Mexico; SE Alaska; Columbia & Snake Rivers.
Position works year round, an average of 12 hours per day, approximately 2 months on/1 month off per rotation.
Responsible for overseeing all staff and functions within the hotel, galley, bar and gift shop departments including guest cabins, dining room service, bar and lounge service and galley supply, production and daily operations. The Hotel Manager works in coordination with the Chef to oversee daily meal service for guests and crew.
Desired qualifications: minimum of 3 years hotel or cruise ship experience in positions of increasing responsibility including reception/front office manager, assistant manager, resident manager, food and beverage director, hotel manager, general manager.
Required Qualifications: First Aid, CPR & AED Training; valid passport.
