Green Construction Client Service Manager

Responsibilities: 

• Identify and secure opportunities that will yield the successful Green construction projects in the Public or Private/Public partnership sectors.
• Identify development opportunities with a Green or LEED slant with environmental requirements that favors Weston.
• Enhance Weston's position in the Green construction marketplace in the Mid Atlantic area (PA, S. NJ., DE, MD, and VA).
• Succeed in building and maintaining an existing client base.
• Establish key partner relationships with architectural firms, design firms, and general construction contractors.
• Generate qualified leads or opportunities ranging in $3MM to $30MM per.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred) with 10+ years of experience Business Development for general and Green construction opportunities is required.
• Demonstrated success in the area of Green Construction Transactions is required.
• Competencies in all areas of baseline construction, cost controls, project management, and client relations is required.
• Ability to utilize and collaborate with estimating and scheduling resources to optimize projects in the $3MM to $30MM range is required.
• Familiarity with Green construction, LEED, and Energy Star related construction programs is required.
• Membership in the Green Building Council, AIA, and/or LEED (with certification) is a definite plus.
