Description
We are a full-service, turn-key EPC and solar installation company in Missouri and Illinois. We provide full solar services from design-to-build (engineering, procurement, construction, installation) for solar systems, battery storage, smart panels, and EV charging stations.
Position Summary:
The Remove & Replace (R&R) Field Project Coordinator (FPC) is responsible for owning the field operations/installation side of R&R projects on the Service Team, ensuring that they are installed safely, accurately, completely and within the estimated timeline.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meetings – FPC shall attend: Weekly Operations (Ops) Review (WOR) – field only – on Mondays at 6 AM. Weekly FPC meeting to standardize on best practices, etc.
- Technical Onsite Evaluations (TOS) – The FPC is responsible for performing TOS for non-tribe R&R’s. FPC will be responsible for filling out the required checklist and assessing the site for safety concerns. This information is uploaded into Podio and the corresponding Google Drive so Andrew can process the quote.
- R&R Prep – Equipment & Digging, and Procurement – The FPC is responsible for evaluating sites for equipment. FPCs are responsible for scheduling and renting any necessary equipment for a project as well as delivering the equipment if needed. FPCs are also responsible for requesting wire wraps. The FPC shall also submit the requisitions necessary to obtain, flashing, rail, D-rings, etc. necessary to reinstall the arrays and arrange for each crew to have the necessary panel lifts, safety rail, etc. necessary to perform the projects efficiently and safely.
- R&R Crew Support – The FPC is responsible for supporting the crew onsite. This includes fielding phone calls and texts from the R&R crews and answering any questions they may have, performing the work as needed to fulfill manpower shortages. They will evaluate challenging situations (e.g., new racking or process), crew training, feedback, and mentoring and conduct crucial conversations when necessary to correct unsafe, inefficient, or disruptive behaviors. FPC and crew lead are responsible for staging and loading the R&R truck in advance of the crew such that the crew can leave for the site at the designated mobilization time and get started on the R&R immediately each morning.
- Quality Control – FPCs must conduct quality control inspections on every project.
- Checklists – The FPC must verify that all removal, procurement, and installation checklists have been completed fully, accurately and submitted by the crew in a timely manner. FPC shall review each checklist and provide feedback as needed to the crew to improve clarity and accuracy.
- Recommissioning and close out with the Customer: The FPC is responsible for recommissioning the inverter and communications following reinstallation. FPC shall ensure the customer is reoriented on the portal and satisfied with the project.
- Perform Post-R&R service tickets and workmanship go-backs or roof leak investigations when necessary.
- Safety Ambassador for R&R projects. Inspect and verify that the installation crews are adhering to the safety standards of the company. Work with the Safety Committee, crew leads and R&R Manager to make decisions regarding work stoppage due to heat, wind or rain.

- QC review of checklist submissions
- Executes Technical Onsites as needed
- Recommissions inverters and monitoring sites as needed
- Interacts with clients at their home and businesses
- Quality Control Installations
- Troubleshoot technical issues at job sites
- Other duties as required
Physical Requirements:
- Lift 75 pounds
- Navigate heights with uneven surfaces
- Climb ladders

Other:
- Advanced knowledge of solar and installation/code requirements
- Min 1 year in a Lead Role
- Leadership Training
- NABCEP credential / certification preferred
- OSHA 10
- Familiar with safety protocols and policies
- Provide excellent customer communication / customer service
- Maintain pace intensity to match the needs of the design team
- Computer technology skills, CRM experience, MS office, and Google apps such as gmail
- Solution-minded, and always looking for ways to improve efficiency and communication
- Clean driving record with reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Self-starter while managing numerous priorities

- Full Time: An estimated 45-50 hours per week depending on the time of year.
- Work Schedule: 5 Days Per Week – Monday – Friday.
- Salary: $62-68,000 depending on experience. Paid semi-monthly.
