AAA Solar Electric Inc. is a bonded and licensed electrical contractor in the State of California. We offer our full scale of electrical services to both the private and public sectors statewide. Our services include:
- Telecom Systems Cabling, Networking and Integration
- (Solar) Renewable Energy Systems design and installation
- Electrical System design, wiring and installation.

AAA Solar Electric, Inc has years of experience in working with public works funding programs and their special requirements such as project bonding, prevailing wages, certified payrolls and inspections.
Position Overview:
We are looking for several solar technicians with experience in the PV industry, preferably within the large scale commercial sector and also residential installation. The technicians we are looking for must have a passion for the technical side of the industry, always trying to better their skill set and knowledge of products and theory of photovoltaic.
Responsibilities:
- Review single lines and verify all electrical calculations
- Inspect newly built solar facilities and verify construction as per plans
- Document findings and produce reports for customers
- Troubleshoot performance issues and faults
- Install and troubleshoot data acquisition systems
- Perform routine maintenance on all PV related equipment
- Travel throughout California
- While in the field, you will be the sole person representing our company. You must be able to present yourself in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
Required:
- PV installation or Management experience
- Computer skills - Excel, Word
- Clean driving record and background
- Skill at taking irradiance, voltage, current readings
- Ability to gather data accurately
- Previous experience with mid to large scale solar facilities
Preferred:
- NABCEP Certified
- State Licensed Electrician
- DAS installation and troubleshooting experience
- Bucket lift experience
- OSHA Certified
