Position Overview:
EnerNOC, which has operated at the forefront of the energy efficiency world since inception, has an opportunity for a skilled Executive Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of our CFO and Executive Vice President. This is a unique chance to leverage your positive attitude and innate problem solving abilities in support of a company that is poised to make a viable impact on the energy industry and the world at large.

In this high-profile role, you will be interacting with a variety of departments and serve as EnerNOC ambassador to a wide range of VIPs -- customers and investors alike. Responsibilities:
Your primary mission as an Executive Assistant in our Boston headquarters will be to provide administrative support and gate-keeping services to our CFO and Executive Vice President. This involves managing active calendars including scheduling and preparing for meetings, telephone calls, and significant travel; processing all communications including telephone calls, mail, e-mail and faxes; handling expense reports on a timely basis; handling confidential documents; and other general administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Your prior experience supporting corporate executives will be put to immediate use as you begin work with our dynamic Executive Team, Board of Directors, and other critical departments within the organization. Your exceedingly well-organized and detail-oriented work style, as well as your flexible nature and enjoyment of the challenges of supporting busy executives in a fast-paced company will allow you to succeed -- all while approaching your work with a proactive, resourceful, and efficient attitude.
Our Executive Team is known to work 24/7, and your accessibility, humility, and willingness to lend varying degrees of support when required will be highly valued here. You take pride in your work and are open to constructive criticism, which will allow you to continually enhance the quality of output on which you will be measured.
