Engineering Manager

Responsible for the daily operations and management of Engineering, Plumbing and Electrical personnel. Coordinates, supervises and directs HVAC and plumbing maintenance service, inspections and repairs, and electrical repairs and installations; develops, schedules and supervises new construction and PM programs; manages new construction projects and develops departmental budgets.
