Description

Location: CO - Allegro, Thornton

Will do:
Responsible for establishing, directing and controlling the strategic plan for the Wholesale Division. Leadership of the Sales, Service and Customer Service Teams supporting that division's activities and sales. Review and analyze sales performance against plan to determine effectiveness.
1. Identify and execute long and short term opportunities to grow business that are in alignment with company values.
2. Direct the objectives and activities of all field personnel and customer service functions.
3. Establish and analyze the attainment of volume, profit margin, and expense goals for Wholesale Division.
4. Develop departmental budgets and control expenses for all areas of responsibility.
5. Work cooperatively with internal departments to determine appropriate product lines, price levels and profit margins on all products for AWD customer base.
6. Plans, coordinates, implements, and supervises all activities related to order processing and maintenance of effective customer relations.
7. Implements procedures and provide guidance to ensure customer inquiries and feedback are handled and processed in accordance with Company objectives.
8. Identifies, implements and executes business opportunities/plans for the Allegro Wholesale Division.
9. As a member of Allegro's Leadership team participate in setting the overall strategic direction of Company.

Must have/be:
8-10 years of progressive sales management experience, 2-5 years experience managing direct sales force and broker/distributor networks. Possess the necessary sales, financial, strategic and competitive analysis skills to set and meet strategic planning goals. Individual must be highly organized with a high level of energy and a passion for excellence in addition to the following:
· Knowledge of coffee or food service, Allegro products, and technical issues related to these in a retail setting.
· Ability to communicate Allegro's strategies and objectives through direction of Sales, Service, and Customer Service.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
· Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
· Thrives in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
