Position Overview
As a member of the company's Senior Management Team, The Director of Marketing is responsible for the brands identity, image, integrity and uniqueness.
This role requires a person who not only possesses leadership and team building skills related to the role, but a service and commitment to execution of process, projects, and products, that will help the organization build into the future. Help the organization in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment through creative thought and outcome based actions.
Responsibilities
- Brand Development Team management to include Creative Services Associate, Marketing Associate, Education Associate and other Brand Development Support Associates as deemed necessary, as well as potential future services.
- Management of Team Leader of our Consumer Direct business.
- Management of Consumer Development within the framework of the overall Business Development platform, to include internet, e campaigns, direct mail.
- Included in this responsibility is an in depth knowledge and understanding of the Consumer Direct Sales Goals, BDF Management, and appropriate forecasting and reconciliation as well as the understanding of the needs of our existing and potential future consumers. This comes from intentional dialogue and learnings, consumer focus groups, trend analysis, category expertise, and future vision are key components of helping build out a manageable and sustainable enterprise.
- Management of the creative process for new product development.
- Brand identity, image, and overall persona in the marketplace with consumers and customers.
- Manage the creation of the Design for collateral materials and promotions that are consistent with the brand look and meet the expectations of our consumers and our customers.
- Management of the Public Relations and/or advertising firms, objectives, strategies, and goals.
- Management of the Consumer & Brand budget, forecasting, ROI analysis and reporting.
- Trade show management and support.
- Management of contracted vendors and suppliers.

- Strong fundamental knowledge of category, consumer behaviors, our products natural ingredients, and their application.
- Competitive Analysis and Market Research for Business Development Purposes.
- Knowledge of Branding, product and packaging design.
