WildAid, an international wildlife conservation organization protecting tigers, sharks and other threatened species in Asia, Africa and the Galapagos Islands, is seeking its first Development Director.

Based in San Francisco, this young, fast-growing organization has offices in Washington D.C., London, Thailand and Cambodia.

WildAid seeks an experienced professional to lead a fundraising team in developing and implementing innovative strategies to expand and diversify the organization’s funding base.

QUALIFICATIONS:

WildAid is currently well-supported by private foundations; the Development Director will be charged with increasing foundation funding internationally and developing corporate and individual donors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial streak, extensive experience in fundraising and proven success in developing both corporate and individual donors.

Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to manage and motivate a staff. A commitment to the mission of WildAid is strongly preferred.
