Position Overview:
We are looking for an entry level Customer Service Specialist to start
immediately. You will work out of our office in Rockville, MD.
Responsibilities:
Your areas of responsibilities will include:
- Appointment scheduling.
- Inbound phone sales.
- Inbound phone customer support.
- Solving customer issues.
- Coordinating logistics.
- Preparing materials needed for jobs in the field.
- Generally working with our team to help our customers save energy, money and the environment.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish).
- Excellent communication skills over the phone.
- Great listening skills.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Positive attitude.
- Punctuality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications especially Excel.
- Familiarity with scheduling and data management.
- College degree preferred.
