Description
We serve an extensive base of customers requiring high quality Food, Dietary Supplement, homeopathic and Personal Care products. Developing and producing a diverse range of quality items, from baking mixes and meat rubs, sun screens to specialist items such as digestive aids and cough syrups. Each individually designed to meet the customer's requirements, and the requirements of the market.
Position Overview:
Must possess strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills and be able to work successfully in a cross functional environment with team members from Manufacturing, Sales, Quality Assurance and Product Development. Requires excellent computer proficiency. Be responsible for seeing that all client questions, inquiries, disputes, or general issues are addressed and resolved in the most professional and effective manner.
Qualifications:
A successful candidate will have exceptional phone skills, possess strong customer handling skills, and be a self-starter. BS or BA preferred with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in related field.
