Since 1979, RHA has secured the participation of more than 2 million commercial, residential and agricultural customers in utility and state energy efficiency programs, leveraging its unique skills in understanding the customer experience and optimizing efficiencies in program operations.

Position Overview:

RHA is seeking a senior level Chief Financial Officer to join our executive Management team. Reporting to the CEO and working alongside the executives, you will assume direct management responsibilities for the financial and accounting groups, as well as strategic financial direction.

As our top financial officer, you will play a key role in the overall strategic direction, development and future growth of the company. Working closely with RHA's business leaders, you will provide financial strategic direction and tactical business processes and advice.

Qualifications: 

Along with your 10+ years experience as a business and financial leader and your professional accounting license, you also have a strong background in designing and implementing best practices and process management systems. You are a proven people leader and a natural strategic thinker. 

As a seasoned professional, you have proven experience with the planning, development, evaluation, coordination and management of Financial processes and systems and you are comfortable briefing, presenting and gaining buy in to your plans with executives and board members. You're a leader who will enable our associates and organization to effectively optimize our capabilities and potential to stay ahead of our competition.
