Position Overview

Come join the Auric Solar Marketing team! Lots of room for growth and advancement! The Appointment Coordinator's key responsibilities are setting up, scheduling and managing the appointment calendar. This includes both incoming and outgoing appointment lead generation, as well as coordinating outside sales representative calendars. 

Responsibilities 

Essential Functions: 

  • Outbound calling of warm and cold leads to set appointments for Energy Consultants
  • Outbound calls to complete customer experience surveys
  • Taking inbound calls to set appointments
  • Follow-up with leads and/or appointments via email, text message and calls
  • Assist team in meeting all daily, weekly and monthly target goals
  • Assist with the completion of preliminary solar system sizing layouts
  • Other duties as needed 

Qualifications  

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Exceptionally strong quantitative skills
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required
  • In-person and over the phone sales/customer service skills
  • Quick learner, computer literate (non-programming), and adaptable
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment
  • Passion for renewable energy, with strong desire to develop professional skills
  • High-level proficiencies in Microsoft Excel and Word

Compensation: Compensation is D.O.E. (starting wage is between $12-$14). Comprehensive healthcare package and 401K option. There's lots of room for growth and advancement.
