Join our dynamic and energized team as Full Time Telephone Sales Representative, striving to make renewable energy products affordable and provide leading customer service.The Alternative Energy Store has a position open for a full time sales phone representative. Position involves answering incoming sales phone calls, replying to customers via email and phone, assisting customers in placing orders, answering some technical questions, orienting customers to technical support resources, and processing return requests.
Ideal candidate should have a strong enthusiasm for renewable energy, strong phone and interpersonal skills, friendly, highly self-motivated, capable of multitasking and keeping track of multiple customer issues during a day, a self-starter, and interested in working in a cooperative team.
