Position Overview

Currently we are seeking a Solar Energy Advocacy Associate to conduct outreach initiatives, attend events and canvass local neighborhoods to help us grow the renewable energy sector of New York State.

We do not require any previous experience in the renewable energy industry, though caring for the well-being of both our environment and other people is vital to our mission. Growth-oriented individuals with a passion for environmental issues would best fit the needs of our organization.

The ideal candidate who wishes to join our group will be a team-player who is comfortable communicating with both colleagues and the general public as the solar community grows greater each day. This is a unique opportunity to learn more about the renewable energy industry and become an asset to the sustainability of Long Island and New York as a whole.

Compensation: This is a salaried position, with a commitment of 5 days a week required. Days are flexible as we operate Monday-Saturday.
