Position Overview
Haley & Aldrich, Inc. is seeking a Senior Environmental Manager who will help us develop and diversify an environmental practice in the Pacific Northwest based in our Boise, ID office. This is a great opportunity to work in a growing office and help us to expand our projects and client base.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic growth plan
- Be a trusted adviser to our clients
- Development of go/no go decision making procedures for proposals
- Input and delivery of client presentations
- Identify client needs and expand our capabilities with our current clients
- Contract negotiation and management
- Lead tracking and generation
- Mentoring and training of staff
- Preparation of proposals
Qualifications
The successful candidate could have experience in the following environmental practices:
- CERCLA including Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Studies RI/FS
- Remedial Design and implementation
- Environmental Permitting and Entitlement
- Wastewater
- Aquifer Protection Permitting
- Air
- Stormwater
- Natural Resource support (damage assessments, etc.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Earth Sciences, Life Sciences, or relevant Engineering discipline; Master’s degree preferred
- 10 years of relevant experience in the engineering consulting field, specifically with environmental remediation
- Professional registration
- Proven Business development capability
- Well-established client relationships in the NW
- Strong organizational skills
- Project management experience
- Compliance management for private sector firms
- Personal commitment to safety
